Ordering and Security Information
When ordering online, you will be asked to fill in a message box with either the colour of your ring, or the finger size of your ring, or both where applicable, (see image).
You can order securely online or use a printable form (here) if you want to purchase by cheque using normal mail. Your exquisite Welsh Gold Jewellery will be sent to you directly using 'special' next day insured delivery, (UK only), or to your chosen destination within 15 working days, supplied in a luxury Welsh Dragon presentation case complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Delivery is free in the UK and Europe. Delivery is free in other destinations for items above £100 sterling.

We are using a Thawte Approved certificate for your secure online ordering. These certificates are issued to companies which have passed stringent checks to ensure the validity of that company. They allow for data transferred over the web to be encrypted such that it is only possible for the recipient to read the transferred document.
We reserve the right to change our prices as and when appropriate - this is to reflect any sudden fluctuations in gold prices.
Returns Policy
We adhere to the European directive on distance selling which was incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in October 2000 (http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm), in that a customer has the right to return goods supplied within 7 days starting the day after the customer receives the goods. The customer will be required to ensure that goods returned under these cancellation rights must be in their original condition with the original jewellery case and packaging, must be securely packed and insured for the total value, with a certificate of posting and delivery. Repayment will be refunded to the original credit/debit card and will usually be within 48 hours but no later than thirty days.
