Shipping & Returns

Once an order is confirmed it will typically take five to ten business days before it is shipped, we will alert you should it take longer. Please contact us should you need your jewellery any faster, we will do what we can to expedite the process.

All orders are shipped in plain white padded envelopes, with each jewellery piece placed in a wooded jewellery box inside of a protective cardboard box, embossed with our logo.

All shipping options are tracked and signed for.

We are happy to take returns or exchanges on standard items, within 14 days of your receipt of the order.

Returns or exchanges for custom orders can be made, but are dealt with on a case by case basis.
