Why We Craft a Silver Master First for Pure Welsh Gold Orders

Commissioning a piece of pure Welsh gold jewellery means acquiring one of the rarest precious metals in the world. Worn traditionally by the British Royal Family, authentic Welsh gold carries a unique heritage and rarity that places it in truly exclusive company.
Because of this extreme rarity, pure Welsh gold comes at a significant cost:
9ct Pure Welsh Gold: £1,250 per gram
18ct Pure Welsh Gold: £2,500 per gram
When investing at this level, getting the fit, profile, and sizing absolute spot-on is not just important, it is essential. A bespoke ring in pure Welsh gold leaves no room for guesswork.
To guarantee perfection before a single gram of gold is cast, we require clients to begin their order with a Silver Master.
What is a Silver Master?
A Silver Master is a solid silver prototype crafted to the exact profile, width, and finger size you select for your final ring.
Ordering a Silver Master allows you to:
Confirm the exact fit: Test the weight, profile, and size in real life to ensure complete comfort before moving to gold.
Receive precise pricing & lead times: Once your Silver Master is finalised, we calculate the exact volumetric weight of your piece to provide a guaranteed price and accurate crafting schedule for your 9ct or 18ct gold ring.
1.Select Your Specifications: Choose your preferred profile, width, and size online.
Browse our range of available ring profiles and sizes on our Silver Master product page, then place your order for the £250 Silver Master.
2.Receive & Test Your Master Ring: Crafted in solid silver to your exact dimensions.
We craft and dispatch your Silver Master. You can try it on, wear it for a short period, and verify that the fit and feel are completely comfortable.
3.Proceed with Your Gold Commission: Full £250 credit applied directly to your order.
Once you confirm you are happy with the size and specifications, we calculate your final quote (in 9ct or 18ct options) and subtract the full £250 Silver Master fee from your final balance.
Important Terms: Non-Refundable Deposit
Because every Silver Master is individually made to your custom dimensions, the £250 Silver Master fee is non-refundable.
If you proceed with your Welsh Gold ring order: The full £250 is deducted from the final price of your 9ct or 18ct ring.
If you choose not to proceed: The Silver Master remains yours to keep, but the £250 fee cannot be refunded or returned.
Provenance You Can Trust
There are other suppliers online offering what they claim to be "pure Welsh gold," often accompanied by dubious origins, vague metal percentages, and suspicious pricing.
We take provenance seriously. Every piece we make is crafted using our verified, genuine Welsh gold reserves. We don't deal in vague promises or diluted claims, our pricing reflects the true market value and scarcity of genuine Welsh gold, crafted with total transparency from start to finish.
